Me as Rainbow Dash from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
Easy and fun costume I did for Otakon 2011. I hand colored a white wig with Sharpie markers, the feathers are colored with blue floral spray, and the necklace is made from cardboard! Ears are made from Paper Clay.

Which type of Sharpies did you use, and how many? Im going to cosplay RD myself, and I have no ideas which markers I shall use D:
I just used the normal standard Sharpie size. The amount needed depends on the wig length and thickness. For this wig I just used one sharpie of each color in the wig since I just hand colored it on rather than dying it. If you dye it by breaking open the markers and mix them with alcohol, then you need a LOT more - this is what I do to color wigs all one color.
